Great tent, fits me and my son in comfortably and a small amount of kit. Without using the stove it would fit three people and a small amount of kit. I’ve been looking at this tent for two solid months,  and this video did a great job of showing me some things to expect. I purchased the Cimarron tent with a stove in April to be my new backcountry adventure tent. I have had the opportunity to use this tent 4 times in the last month and it has performed above my expectations on all accounts. From snowy Sierra nights to rainy turkey hunts in the valley, this tent will handle all nature can give it. The stove is great for taking the chill off and drying clothes at the end of a long day and the tent is un-rattled in high winds. Its a single wall tent with no floor, so you need to use this tent differently then you do a regular backpacking tent with a rain fly. All single wall tents will sweat if you don’t ventilate them properly for the conditions. I have found that using a cheap lightweight bivy and adjusting the zippers and velcro on the storm doors to meet the weather conditions works very well. Some pine bows on the floor and snow stakes help this tent to be your home away from home in winter conditions.

The customer service team is unmatched. I was very excited to use my new tent so I called to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. The young lady didn’t make any promises but exceed my expectations when the tent was delivered 3 days later.

I went backpacking with this pup for 3D 2N. The 1.5 inner mesh was enough for both of us. Overall this product is good enough for me. I already put a hole on it though, it was from the firewoods that poked through and I realized that the fabric is pretty thin but not the lightest.
